JULIEN INC. does everything in its power to ensure the greatest accuracy on the website. However, JULIEN INC. does not guarantee that the description of the products is exact, complete, reliable, up to date or free from error. To the extent provided by law, JULIEN INC. reserves the right to:

User behavior
JULIEN INC. wishes to offer all its consumers and potential consumers product reviews that are of the highest integrity and of the best quality possible. We encourage honest and respectful communication. In this sense, by offering a product review you agree to all of the following:
You will not post a review of a product that you do not own or have not used;
You will only display one review per product (unless it is to provide new information);
You will not use any insult, personal attack or inflammatory term in your product review;
You also understand and agree that JULIEN INC. assumes no bond to post product reviews that you submit to it on the website, and that it may revise or delete them at its sole discretion.
Payment terms
Only payment by Mastercard or Visa credit card is supported by the website.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if our system detects a fraudulent credit card.

Limitation of liability

Compensation
You agree to exempt, indemnify and defend JULIEN INC. from all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees arising out of or related to your use of the website.
Modification of terms of use
JULIEN INC. reserves the right to make changes to these terms of use at any time. Any modification or revision will take effect as soon as it is posted on the website. Applicable laws
These conditions of use are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada which apply to them and they must be interpreted in accordance with these laws.
