Stamping
Sheet metal can be formed using a die to make the exact shape you’re looking for, including those with complex embossing. Stamping also allows for the extreme precision required for producing assembly parts to exact specifications. The accuracy and consistency of the process guarantee that production meets the strictest tolerance standards, making it particularly well suited to high volume parts production.

In addition, the recent acquisition of a five-axis 3D laser profiler now allows us to weld and cut in three dimensions. With this European technology, which is widely used in the automotive and aerospace industries, Julien is able to design parts for its North American customers that would otherwise be too costly to manufacture. With five-axis 3D technology, we can
- Precision-punch and cut parts in 3D up to 2 feet high and 11½ feet long
- Work with materials up to 4 mm thick
- Easily perform multi-part prototyping at a highly competitive cost and turnaround time
