Taking Green Full Circle

At Julien, our green fabrication process focuses on recycling, organic volatile compounds and constant energy monitoring and modulating. Here’s how we concentrate our efforts:

Recycling:

All stainless steel scrap is recycled and all of our packaging is either reused or recycled.

OVC (Organic Volatile Compounds):

There is no emission of volatile compounds in our process of transformation. 

Constant energy monitoring and modulating:

We plan our energy demand to minimize our peaks and we operate our equipment in sequences.

At Julien, we also focus on purchasing our supplies locally to reduce the CO2 related to transportation of materials.
